These terms govern your use of the OLXpert browser extension ("Extension") and related services.
OLXpert is not affiliated with OLX Group.
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
OLXpert is a browser extension that adds productivity features (notes, tags, templates, expiration tracking, CSV export) to the OLX.pl website. It reads data already present in your browser and stores your data locally.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
You own your data. The Extension stores notes, tags, templates, and preferences locally in your browser. You can export or delete this data at any time. We do not claim any rights to your content.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Extension. You agree not to use the Extension in ways that violate OLX's terms of service or applicable law.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. OLXpert is not responsible for any changes to OLX.pl that may affect the Extension's functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLXpert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
